Born in Asunción on July 19, 1974. Studied part of primary education in the city of Concepción, where he began a taste for museums and ancient buildings. Declamation studied, obtaining the title of Senior Lecturer in 1992 Declamation. He studied dentistry at the National University of Asuncion, where he finished the race in 1997.
